The article must be in same condition received and show no signs of wear. Once you receive your package, you will have 1 day to notify us on your exchange. 

Once we receive your package (exchange), please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your request. An email approving or denying your request will be sent to the email address provided. You, as the consumer, are responsible for all shipping cost.

 

Please note* Increasing One will be responsible for shipping cost in the event that we have sent the wrong size or if there is a defect in the material.
