I O BLOOD PRESSURE TEA RECIPE

Allow 1 teabag to steep for 15 minutes in 16 ounces of HOT water to make 2 cups. 

Personal Blend: Take half of the steeped tea and pour into a separate 8 oz cup. I like to add 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar w/ the mother and 4 tablespoons of honey. Sir and Enjoy. 

Repeat steps for the second cup when ready.  

Can be enjoyed hot or cold. If you prefer chilled tea, allow to cool in the refrigerator.

 

Ingredients: Yarrow, Basil Leaf, Olive Leaf, Beet Leaf, Hawthorn Berry, Hibiscus Leaf, Garlic Powder, Lemongrass, Orange Peel.
